Very quick and easy...I went in for an interview face-to-face and told me he thought I would be a good fit, but that his office manager would have to interview me and she would decide. I interviewed with the manager and it was very short and straight to the point. She let me know by the end of the interview that I had the job and to call her back in a couple of days for the details.
