First interview with RH. This interview was more for them to get an idea if you know any of their projects and for them to tell you a lot about it. They ask you some questions about your day to day work and that is it. As a start up is a place that by their description can make you work over hours some times. They also seem to want someone that is able to do a little of everything. Overall it was a normal interview for a start up
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Blackshark.ai (Graz) in Mar 2023
Interview
Introductory call with a hiring manager. We went over my experience and specific tools I'd worked with. Did not move past this round as I lacked experience in certain areas they were looking for. I really enjoyed the conversation and the company seems to be doing very interesting work. The person I spoke with got back to me within the time frame specified and the email was personalized rather than an automated blast which I appreciated.

Question 1
Describe your experience with ML, databases, imagery, etc.
Their recruiters don't know how to read CVs, since the questions they ask can easily be found just by quickly glancing through resumes. Then when they found out what they expected is different from what is reality, they can pissed off and ghost you. All that could be avoided if they just learned to read. Waste of time.
