Had a group skype call with a couple of employees. Most of their questions were about a personal project I had mentioned on my resume. The rest were of a technical nature; things anyone with a moderate grasp on game programming should be able to answer. A few token "tell us about yourself" personal questions. Altogether, a fairly pleasant interview. I'd recommend applying with a porfolio piece if you're looking to get hired, as that seems to be what they were most interested in (at least from co-op students).
