BlackRock RQA Associate interview questions

Took more than a month and it was done by campus recruiting. The first stage was an self video taped interview with general questions about risk and the company. Then I had a 2:1 interview with people in the team through Skype. Final round was in-site in their offices in NY, and was interviewed by 5 MDs. Most of the interviews were not technical, just to get to know you.
