Intensive process consisting of 7 separate interviews with managers and peers at various levels. All interviews were conducted via WebEx video calls. No grilling, informal conversations to establish team fit, skills and experience. The process took 3 months from first interview to offer then a further 6 weeks for background checks and onboarding.
