Interview
It was a self recording video interview process whereby they will generate at least 2-3 questions. You were given a few minutes to prepare for each questions. Then, you will be given 3-5 minutes to answer each question. The questions were quite generic.
Simple enough interview online through hirevue, recorded answers to the questions then got to a situational assessment etc but ended up rejecting the offer from them, would recommend for the experience though
The interview was conducted on HireVue (online video interview). Two questions were asked: The first question was "Why BlackRock?". The second question was "Talk about something unique that isn't mentioned on your CV".
