The Hirevue process is a bit redundant I feel. Talking with your camera on and seeing yourself while you are answering a few questions seems odd. Atleast a virtual interviewer would be better off.

I applied for this program in November 2019 after attending an event at the BlackRock office. I did not pass the first step. It looked like this: create an account and fill in the information by uploading your resume. Then they send you a link to take a test to check your technical skills. There were 4 technical problems. After that, you need to take a virtual interview where you will have 1 behavioural question. I found the technical problems difficult. They said they would rate it 50-50, which means 50 percent for the resume and 50 percent for the solution and virtual cover letter.
