3 Interview rounds. First recording 2 questions which replaced cover letter. No numerical, psychometric, verbal, non-verbal reasoning tests. Second interview with team members and third with seniors, i.e. Director and manager.

Thorough, there were a few different interviews. It was covid at the time and I missed out at the last stage. There were the standard numeracy and technical interviews it advance.
