Interview
There were three rounds of interviews. First was written that include technical questions,verbal and quants problems. Wriitten exam was for sixty minutes. Second round was with company recruiter in which recruiter asked about background and future aspiritions and last round of interview was technical with a panel of two people.

They asked me, “Why did you choose BlackRock, and how does our purpose align with your professional values?”
The interview went well but for some reason i was not selected, maybe i was not the suitable for the job role they had. The process had 3 rounds aptitude, technical and hr round.
