Quick. Recruiter email with preliminary questions like why do you want to work with blackrock. Then two 30 min interviews with hiring team. Whole process (day applied to day received offer) took six weeks.
Was quite hard and quite challenging with a lot of opportunities however there was no streamlining of this and that also no good benefits that can distinguish the questions and also quesitons were tough
