I made it to the final round interview for the credit team in NYC. I was asked more behavioral questions than technical, which was odd. I would prep for both types of questions and review the teams that are interviewing you. Some of them do not have linkedln profiles which is weird, so I would research them online if they do not.

Question 1
What is the greatest difficulty you went through, and how did you over come it?
Interview process involves 3 recorded video interviews. When submitting an application, you have the opportunity to apply to 2 roles. If one of these roles is located in a foreign country, then the first recorded interview would need to be in that country's primary language.
I applied online. I interviewed at BlackRock (London, England) in Nov 2022
Interview
After completing the online test, I was asked to take a pre-recorded interview. In the pre-recorded interview, they had two questions which were quite straightforward. For each question, you have 2 minutes to think and 1.5 minutes to answer. I applied for the programme analyst in two different sectors had thus had two pre-recorded interviews. However, both asked the same questions.
