I interviewed for spring insight for the Portfolio Analytics Group. Most questions are based on BlackRock's core values to determine whether you'll be a good fit for the firm. Some questions about your passion related to technology

Interview
It was through HireVue and you had 3 minutes to prepare your answer and 2 minutes to record your answer. Before each question, there was a video so you had a bit of rest time and a way to reset your brain before moving on to the next question.

Online assessment on HireVue for the 2025 Spring Insight Event - Technology - Software Engineering - London. The interview is online and it features 3 questions with 2 minutes given for thinking and another 2 for answering.
