Interview
Went through a recruitment agency. All new positions are dealt via the regional head office in Hong Kong so the recruiter never gets to meet your eventual manager. I had a phone interview with HR in Hong Kong and then three interviews - one with the hiring manager and two with with senior stakeholders.

Question 1
The questions from HR were the standard behavioral type questions such as "how do you work in a team", "how do you deal with difficult stakeholders" etc. Stakeholder questions were more about what I had accomplished in previous roles.

Interview
Interview process went pretty fast
- email from HR to confirm salary expectations, desire to leave current employer
- 1st interview with hiring manager of 30 min
- 2nd and 3rd interview with Directors of 30min each
- 4th additional interview with another Director of 45min
Always in contact with HR and organisation of meeting was easy and pretty straightforward. Interviews themselves were also pretty chill and normal interview questions.
