First need to submit a video recording of answering to questions for 1 - 2 minutes. Second round is a video interview with an analyst for 30 minutes which went way above. It has behavior, technical and braintesears. Final round is a superday in SF office with 4 rounds of 30min interviews.

HireVue then 3 part superday. All interviews were a mix of technical and behavioral but mostly behavioral and market-based. Interviews were over a 4 hour period and with employees from different offices

Interview
The Hirevue questions were all behavioral, no tell me about yourself or why blackrock. Questions were pretty simple. Prepare a financial news story you are following because they will ask you that.
Hireview is preparation and then one time recording, which is from memory 3 minutes long. There was only 3 questions for me and most of it related to the role instead of purely just asking why blackrock or why this role.
