Cumbersome. 2 phone interviews (HR screen and an actual phone interview with someone from the team) that were followed by 2 separate panel interviews. The panel interviews seem to be largely perfunctory. If you do your homework on the company and the team, this is made much easier. The background check was also absurd and overly complicated.
smooth but ai was taking means automatically the pre recorded interview was going on she was asking questions and limites time was gioving like a timer and i had to record the answer

First interview with direct reporting manager, followed by BD and portfolio managers. total 5-6 rounds. 30mins each.
The entire process is quite long, ie after each interview it took around a week for HR to come back and schedule another.

Interview
Interview process went pretty fast
- email from HR to confirm salary expectations, desire to leave current employer
- 1st interview with hiring manager of 30 min
- 2nd and 3rd interview with Directors of 30min each
- 4th additional interview with another Director of 45min
Always in contact with HR and organisation of meeting was easy and pretty straightforward. Interviews themselves were also pretty chill and normal interview questions.
