Like mentioned in interviews for the Implementation Specialist role, the Application Support Engineer follows the same format. Instead of taking a finance test you take an additional SQL/Troubleshooting test. The panel interview isn't as bad as people make it to be on here. If you have had a problem with honesty in the past and you don't "know" yourself then yes you will struggle because they will pick up on contradictions and varying answers to related questions. The SQL tests were straightforward and similar to many other SQL tests one would take (very easy). The troubleshooting test just requires you to actually use the documentation they give you (when I used it I fixed the issue within minutes). Pay attention to details in the interview challenges (sounds like a no-brainer) but it will impress the hiring team. I ultimately declined because I had something else that was more intriguing and more in line of my career goals. I would recommend this company to anyone as they are extremely transparent and honest throughout the whole process.
