      I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Biogen in Oct 2014

      Interview

      I applied online. Shortly after, received a call from A talent acquistion rep and had a brief phone interview basically asking Why do you want to work here and why would you be a good fit. Then got scheduled for an in-person interview (which was 1 week in advance). The interview (2-personal panel) was 90% behavioral (i studied from the 8 interview questions stated on here, and none of those were asked), then about 10% of it was "why do you want to work here and why would you be a good fit." The interview lasted 30 minutes. No assessment/IT tests were taken. I got a telephone call from Recruitment 4 hours after my interview "checking on how my interview went". Due to a Phone tag situation, I finally spoke to someone 2 days later who offered me the job.

      I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Biogen (Research Triangle Park, NC) in Dec 2015

      Interview

      I applied online and was contacted to complete an online assessment. I passed the assessment and was scheduled for a phone interview. The interviewer was very nice and I felt at ease during the phone call. Later that day, I was called to schedule a face-to-face interview for the very next day. The face-to-face interview was done by 2 team leaders who chose the interview question they wanted to ask from multiple questions listed on each page. So, I am sure no interview is exactly the same. They used the STAR interview method and very clear, specific examples were required. I am used to interviewing this way, so I didn't have any trouble with this. Because my interview was in mid-December and they close down at the end of the month, it took awhile for my offer. I just received it today and I'm super excited!!!!

      Telephone Interview was pretty straight forward. Advised me about probationary period. A few "Tell a time" type of scenario questions. After that I was extended a face to face interview. Waiting to go through the process.
