Process was long -- like took four months and 4-5 rounds of discussions. TA screening, L1 manager, L2 manager, IT manager, and onsite for 3 rounds of panels. Good exposure to the department, but cumbersome and drawn out. TA person changed midway through, and the second TA person was challenging to work with.
