Question 1
Science knowledge, personal experience, problem-solving method with examples.
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at BioLegend (San Diego, CA) in Nov 2014
Interview
I had a phone interview with one of the head scientists for this position and the questions were as expected. This position preferred 0-3 years flow cytometry experience. So all of the questions centered around that. "What exactly have you done with flow cytometry?", "What model of device have you used?", and some other very basic questions regarding flow cytometry. I was not a good fit for the position which was fine. I declined an interview with another position 24 hours before this due to lack of transparency with pay, so I was very skeptical with this position as well.

Question 1
none. these questions were very simple, obvious, and taken right from the job requirements section of the position.
