There was a phone interview and they asked random questions and could not express about their company and what they do properly. They asked me if I wanted sponsorship and why would I require it. They had no clue about the international students process.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at BioFire Diagnostics (Salt Lake City, UT)

It was smooth. They didn't ask so many questions. They had made their minds already and rejected me half an hour after I left the building! Everyone was respectful though.
