BioFire Diagnostics Associate Software Support Engineer interview questions

Went through two interviews. First was to tell me about the company and position along with a few general type interview questions. The second interview came a few weeks after and it was with the hiring manager and two supervisors. What I thought was going to be a technical interview was mostly a repeat of getting to know you, your background, aspirations. Almost no technical questions or questions about experience using their tech. In fact, when I asked about their database, they didn't know what was being used. Anyways, went on for an hour or so, thought I hit it off pretty well and was told the start date was up in the air, but hoping to be in 4 weeks time. I was told if I didnt hear back from them within 2 weeks, to reach out to them. Well two weeks went by and no response so I emailed HR and received no response. A few days later, I trying messaging the hiring manager on LinkedIn but that didnt go through. Another few days, I called the company and was transferred to a voicemail. I emailed HR again the next day and finally received a response... that they would get back to me soon. A few days later, I got a generic rejection email with no details to why. One last time, I reached out to HR to get some feedback and was told they would ask the hiring manager and get back to me. Never heard back.
