Interview
I started with a phone screen with a Senior Manager and then the Hiring Manager. Then I had a face to face interview that lasted several hours but I learned about the company and the culture and was offered a break at one point so it was doable. I took a math and verbal test at the end. I heard back after a week.

I was asked to compare two things that had nothing to do with my actual role there but when I asked why, it was just see how I analyze and compare two products.
