I interviewed with Bibliocommons three times - two phone interviews and one in-person interview. The process was a bit repetitive but they asked good questions. I was disappointed to learn that after investing so much time into the interview process, I was not notified that I did not receive the job. I was told I would hear back by a certain date, and after waiting three weeks after that date, I was never emailed. My experience was positive up until that point - it's so disappointing that companies do not value or respect their potential candidates' time and efforts.
