30min sync with hiring manager
30min meeting with multiple different leaders and individual contributors
Long! Met with several people, including the CEO. Did a mock presentation. I was told all through the process I was doing great, loved my presentation and could tell I was very prepared. Got a verbal offer and a call from what would've been my new manager to congratulate me. The recruiter said I'll have my written offer in a day or 2. Then I got a call from the RVP saying " some internal referral candidates had surfaced" and although I'm still under consideration they are going to interview more people. This is after months of interviewing, meeting with at least 7 people. So I just told them I'm removing myself from candidacy. If your not sure after allot that then God Bless!

Sales background, prospecting techniques, c level experience, they are obsessed with their mission and you really have to show passion for that.
