I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Bespoke Metrics in Apr 2026
Interview
Started to realize during the interview process, and reading about their reputation for long hours and micromanagement, they often use "grit" questions to see if you'll tolerate a high-pressure environment.
got only as far as HR screen. Its clear that the rep likes her job. I got a call about 2 months after applying so i could only imagine the number of people she had to speak before she got to me. Hundreds?
The product is genuinely interesting and the moat is defensible - very much unlike most of generic SaaS companies.
Got screened out unfortunately, no actionable feedback, oh well.
I had interview with two analysts. They asked about my work experience and then asked me some questions in Python and SQL queries. The screen has to be shared and your thought process will be asked while you write the code.
