Process started with a warm greeting from the manager him self.
2 rounds to be exact.
Was offered with refreshments before and during Interview.
Most professional interview.
i was called twice for the complete thats acceptable.
Manager's are humble. And technical interviews quite difficult to crack.

Question 1
I was there with a friend. they asked me how would i feel if they selected my friend instead of me? (they just wanted to understand what kind of person i was - because with talent bentley also recognizes better humans too)

The interviewer was multitasking during my interview and their focus was elsewhere. I had to repeat certain things. It took a while until I heard back from them and the feedback was not clear, even after I asked for more information.

Approached in LinkedIn, The first interview was arranged. It went well. Second stage was verbally confirmed. Was asked for my CV to quickly arrange the second interview with Senior. Nothing for a month. A month later after my chase, on LinkedIn very automated message was received that they will not continue the process with me.
