Ask 5 to 6 simple questions and then show us colours and ask what colour is this. Aslo ask about the customer service experience. All questions are easy to answer and they also ask can you carry and climb up ladder always say yes

Easy just depends where you live and have some experience and education in IT related field. After interview they will test your capabilities in person. They ask you about different Low voltage wires and then you have to carry ladder.

1. Applied to the job ad online 2. Invited via email link to online group interview 3. During group interview is a 1 hour introduction of company and what job entails and company expectations. 4. Individually pulled into a interview with 1 or more recruiters. 5. Offered job conditionally if you pass physical/criminal record/vaccine check 6. Physical assessment - You must wear your safety boots. Then you are tested using safety gear with 28ft ladder setup and climbing test. Lifting boxes, wire colour matching, Followed by driving test. 7. Job Offer by email after passing and final checks are done.

after phone interview which is explain about shift work and overtime work and weekend work got schedule for Zoom interview then got result immediately if i got hired or not
