      Gain telecom experience and travel around in the city.

      Cons

      Micro management, less time to do tasks, managers will keep on calling, health and safety says do tasks safely but managers contradicts that. No compensation for doing good. Only rush the jobs to give managers their bonuses.

      - Loved the connections made during my time here - Encouragement to learn, take courses, grow etc. - Felt recognized when going above and beyond

      Cons

      - Growth felt very limited, and pay is not competitive to the market. - Little to no work life balance, at least in the role I held. Expected to be available and willing to work at all times.
