I was interviewed by the manager who was 40 minutes late for my scheduled interview because she was busy taking phone calls. I was told by a customer service associate that that was the norm for the manager. She was a very arrogant person. After every question she would talk about herself. I have over 15 years of retail/management experience, and felt like I was being looked down on. I do not have a very good feeling about working for her. The interview went well otherwise and I left feeling like she will probably follow up with a job offer. But, I do not think I will accept. One hour with her was enough.
