Bed Bath & Beyond is ALWAYS accepting applications. In order to be considered, you need to go into the store and pick up an application, rather than submit one online. After you fill it out and go to turn it in, there is an immediate 5 minute interview. If they are interested , they call you back and you get another interview. was quick short and simple. Asked how to deal difficult customers and how I delt with the these customers. Basic customer service experience as well. Overall was one of the easiest job interviews.

When turning in your application they do a 5 minute on the spot interview with a Manger on Duty. Afterwards, they called to arrange a formal interview with the store manager.
