Interview
3 rounds: phone call from HR first, they will ask you some basic questions for all positions.
Then a manager talked with me. Finally had a 1 vs 3 on-site interview.

What project have you experienced? What are the hard part of the problem. How did you solve that? What if, then what would you do?
Very quick and limited to a low number of stages. Technical interview focused on the thought process, as it in my opinion should. Only drawback I experienced is a 3-week extra time gap between job offer and start that could not be avoided.
