No HR interview, staffing set up phone interview with manager/onsite interview with presentation-small room with 4 people, given update as the presentation was highschool book presentation!!!! interviewers didnot have clear idea of what exactly would be the job role which didnot match job description. It looked like they had already made up mind to hire and I was there just for the sake of interview. HR is horrible-for reimbursment!!!

4 rounds of interview 1. Hiring manager 30 min call 2. Research presentation for panel 20 min presentation and 25 min questions 3. Scientific and technical core competencies with the team 45 minutes deep expertise on the topic and role 4, VACC behavioral 45 minutes
Bayer has two rounds of interview. Different with all the other companies that I have interviewed, Bayer arranged a group interview and asked me to give a research presentation first. It seems more like an academic interview for an assistant professor. All the colleagues are nice talking. And I really enjoyed the process.

There are a couple scientific questions. The others are common interview questions, like have you failed before, how did you handle the situation. I don't remember the exact words now.
