Interview
I met with 3 directors (one person at a time) and the interview lasted about 2 hours. Most of the interview was spent discussing the role, and asking how my background would apply to the position. Pretty straight-forward interview with general behavioral questions.
I didn't get the position as they decided to hire internally.
