Ein Interview war auf Englisch, das andere auf Deutsch (das hängt von den Interviewern ab). Angenehme Gesprächsatmosphäre.

Question 1
Situationen: Teamarbeit, Herausforderungen, etc.
Wieso Bayer? Welche Produkte von Bayer kennen Sie? Welche Chancen und Gefahren sehen Sie im Bereich Consumer Health für Bayer?
Es gibt einen Bewerbertag. Es ist eine gute Möglichkeit um die Situation (Assessment etc) zu üben. Allerdings finde ich es zu viel für ein Praktikum einen ganzen Tag zu veranstalten. Es gibt Gruppen Case und Einzel Case.

Interview
Very pleasant atmosphere with company introduction in the headquarters, introduction of the consultants' daily work followed by 1:1 personal fit questions and two case studies (one rather guestimate based market entry and one focused on mental math and calculations). This was finalized with an informal buffet lunch and immediate offer at the spot afterwards.
