Interview
It started with a well detailed tour followed 5 individual interviews. I interviewed for two positions which was Quality Associate and Manufacturer Supervisor. I was interviewed by two directors of the manufacturing, two Quality engineers, and one human resource representative.
Sat with two quality managers, Casual conversation asking about background and experiences. Both were invested and gave good feedback. They were both interested in the questions I asked them and responded thoughtfully.

I had a telephone interview first with recruiter then another telephone interview with managers. This was followed by a face to face interview with managers on site. It was very relaxed and i was made to feel comfortable.

Walk through interview. Interviewed by 4 members of the quality team. Very easy interview, they didn't ask many questions, they were more concerned with my writing an computer skills. While on tour the hiring manager briefed me on the company's history and work environment. The interview was more informative
