Interview
The interview process was extremely disappointing. It felt less like a genuine assessment of my qualifications and more like an attempt to gather competitive insights or internal information. The questions were detailed and specific, but there was no follow-up or communication afterward.
Based on my experience, the company seems more focused on using interviews for research rather than genuinely engaging qualified candidates. Professionalism and transparency were lacking throughout the process.

Tell me about yourself, walk me through your career journey
The company brands itself as a Black-owned, women-led business, which might lead you to believe it empowers the young women it hires. From my experience, that couldn’t be farther from the truth. During the interview process, leadership appears supportive and open to ideas, but that quickly fades. There’s very little room to implement creative ideas, despite being hired for that purpose. Management often communicates through abrupt rule changes and micromanagement rather than collaboration or feedback.
