Online tool, then a manager with the Store Manager. After that was a phone interview with the district manager, then another phone interview with a cafe guru. C'mon i just filled this out so I could look t other jobs I'm interested in.

Interview
Store Manager, Assistant store Manager, Area manager interviews. Detailed questions about your experience. Current sales, about upselling ect. How to handle customers and liked to be asked questions. Pretty straightforward, not very difficult. Be yourself. Good luck!
Met with the store manager to get to know each other and talk about the current issues facing the cafe. Standard “what if” scenario questions, “how do you handle others”, etc

Since I was an internal candidate, I applied and then interviewed with my store manager in person, then the district cafe trainer over the phone, then with the district manager and FCOM in person.

My interview was different because I had been with the company for so long in so many different roles, but most often BN uses behavioral questions such as, "Tell me about a time when..." This is the format used for interviews on almost all levels.
