15 minute interview. asked about what books i read, how i would recommend books and about the membership program and if i was comfortable upselling. was told about benefits and salary as well as hours
Online then an in person interview. The online portion was a little long but they can use information from your resume if formatted correctly. In person location was large so we had privacy even with a lot of customers there.
