Interview
I had multiple rounds in the process:
1. First Round (Technical – 1.5 hrs): Conducted with panel members from the US and Prague. It was a detailed technical discussion covering my skills and past experience.
2. Second Round (Technical): Taken by an Indian interviewer who is currently working as an AVP. This round was also technical, with a focus on in-depth knowledge and problem-solving abilities.
3. Mindset Test: An online assessment to evaluate mindset, behavioral approach, and situational judgment.
4. Final Round (Director – Managerial + Technical): This was with a Director, covering both managerial aspects as well as technical discussions
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They shared a Java threading code snippet for review, focusing on the correct use of AtomicInteger, volatile, and Thread.join. In addition, I was asked several Java and Spring Boot-related questions, along with some basic SQL queries involving joins.
I think 4 rounds, 1st technical , 2nd company standard ethics related MCQ, 3rd technical again with good deep interview questions on your stronger skills, any of the skills you mention in your intro interview was ready with questions and interviewer in third round was very good at technology some VP guy

Interview
Interview processes are very slow and complex. Whenever you apply to some role they take months to consider or to take application to next stage, and many times job opening goes on freeze, so I think these openings are just for show and are a facade for their shareholders. Also even though company have 90 days notice period, they dont entertain candidates having such lengthy notices.

Interviewer was good and it was normal discussion kind of interview on Java heavy and related stack.
Comparative easy and straightforward interview process, mostly focus on core java and db questions no leetcode. Second round was behavioral round - mostly usually questions like what you do when there is conflict in team etc
