Online assessments to test technical and non-technical skills. I didn't think the coding assessments tested my programming knowledge but instead tested my mathematical knowledge. This online assessment was quite hard if maths wasn't a strong point. The assessment center was quite easy with 2 interviews throughout the day. The questions were fairly simple to answer and the interviewers were nice. Make sure you learn their core values and know how to apply them.
