Overall a fairly standard IB interview. The first round is a good mix of behavoral and technical questions. Very friendly and encouraging envrioment really enjoyed getting to know my interviewer.

initial phone interview followed by a superday in the office with 3 interviews. Each interview seemed design to focus in on one category (behavioral, technical, market). Was notified with results after a week.
SHL test-->1st round-->AC
1st round was 30 min with an associate
Very standard IB SA interview
Didn't make it to the AC (really low pass rate for the first batch of 1st round)
First round behavioral and diversity summit final round mix of behavioral and technical. Technicals were basic 3 valuation, view of markets, resume. 2 interviews for final round each 20-30 mins.
