Asked a series of competency and values related questions, and asked to reflect on my work experiences and how I have demonstrated those values in the workplace. They primarily want you to talk about Barclays' values and mindset on the website, there was no CV walkthrough and no technical questions. This was a first interview, and I am yet to hear the results. The interviewers were friendly and professional.
