Interview
The interview process is simple and only involves one stage. You just need to show that you're a go-getter who’s ready to put in the work to close sales. They’re really looking for people who are proactive, driven, and committed to hitting targets. If you can show that, you’re in good shape.
Thorough yet friendly. Enjoyed getting to know them personally and the workings of the company/role. Few stages to the process but that is determined by the role. Lots of questions (competency/scenario-based) used throughout interview stages.
