Interview
You attend a screening interview and inforation session, then, on a different day, you sit down for a 1 on 1 interview with the manager. The manager then asks you questions and unless you are a total shmuck, the hire you. You then get licensed and start training.
At first is pretty much a really quick screening process over the phone, then a phone interview, and then like two in person interviews basically, with two different higher ups.

Interview
It started with a briefing seminar in a group before an in person interview. The questions were brief and in line with other sales jobs. Motivation seems to be the highest desire from the employer.
Very easy group briefing and then a personal one on one interview. You get to see exactly what you'll be getting into and the awesome structure of the company. You also get to see how you can develop your career there.
