I had an interview with them 2 weeks ago and they asked the basic questions of my skills, challenges, and goals in the job force. Overall a very smooth and easy interview.

The most difficult question was regarding how committed I would be to selling insurance since it is not at all easy but rewarding.
The first interview is a group interview. There is no base salary. Your pay is 100% commission based. You will also be required to go door to door at least 2 times per week.

It was terrible, they gave up on me before I could even be a part of their team. The interviewer was late and I was held accountable for missing the interview.

Mass presentation that shows the company in full to see if you're interested. Great presentation. I chose not to advance for second interview. They seem like a great company with great benefits. I was very impressed with the presentation
