Interview process was promising. I had multiple interviews spaced out weeks apart and in the end I was ghosted with no feedback or comments. First interview was with the hiring manager then about a month or so later it was the performance manager and then a 3rd one after. It was very unprofessional to say the least and I am glad it did not workout the way i hoped.

Very unprofessional. I interviewed for a role in a different area back in August. Had a great conversation with the recruiter. The recruiter then shares with me the role I applied for had been filed after our half hour discussion, but I would be in the pipeline. Another SBB role opened up closer to my home, and was able to interview with the direct area manager. Very professional and had a good dialogue, but shared that I had to sit for a panel interview and they would reach out the next week. Two weeks later, I head back from the recruiter with a calendar invite for this panel a day before a holiday. I shared that I had current client obligations that I could not drop and had to ask for a WebEx interview. The webex was an hour later with one of the panelist not present. The “interview” lasted 17 minutes. I learned about the panelists, including the regional performance coach. The performance coach spent 15 out of 17 minutes talking over me and then told me I would be a better fit for a different role headed by the one person who was not sitting in the panel. She said that she would have the recruiter set up a time the following week. I emailed the recruiter and she shared that she would let me know when she heard anything. Two weeks later when I inquired about this connection, she said that they updated the WorkDay site that the hiring managers moved on to other candidates… when that wasn’t the question asked. The lies, inflexibility, etc create the image of a place you shouldn’t want to work.
