I applied through university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Bank of America in Feb 2011
Interview
only one interview. The questions were pretty straight forward. The first question was write a recursive Fibonacci sequence. Then several SQL query statements. Followed by basic object oriented programming questions about polymorphism, inheritance, and encapsulation.

Question 1
Write a recursive function for the fibonacci sequence
The interview was with two people at the same time. There was only one round and the interview lasted an hour. No technical questions, everything was behavioral. Overall a good experience.
Application, followed by hirevue and interviews by analysts. Standard interview questions provided during the interview, such as introducing yourself, strengths and weakness, and technical questions on financial accounting. Overall pleasant interview.

Very easy process and recruiter were super nice. I did it through a program so I think most of us got an offer though. I would recommend to anyone out of college just make sure you use the STAR method.
