I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Bank of America
Interview
The first interview was over the phone with the recruiter. It was basically just a review of my resume and salary expectation was discussed. The second interview was a few days later with the Market Manager. All questions were pretty basic. They asked about coaching associates, keeping up with goal and handling escalated issues.
Lengthy. From talking to a recruiter, to the final process took almost 2 months. And once got to the direct boss, it went extremely fast with 3 different execs wanting to connect.

How will I ensure that Risk is a priority every day in a center?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Bank of America
Interview
3 total interviews about 30 min each. First with recruiter who asks basic questions abut your interest and background and a few situational "how would you handle" questions. Second is with the Market Leader in person (your potential boss), same format, and third could be a regional exec (via zoom) such as a performance manager, again same format. Overall interviews not challenging and they are quick to move you to next round if they like you. Whole process was 2-3 weeks.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Bank of America
Interview
After applying online I was contacted by a talent aquisition rep 2 days later to set up a screening. A day after the screening, I was invited to an in-person interview with the Market Leader as well as a current Financial Center Manager. Less than a week later, I recieved an Webex interview invite with a Performance Manager and Operations Manager. I felt each interview was very conversational and not the standard generic questions that you get asked. 2 days after my final interview I was offered the position.
