      Interview

All questions are competency based. Interviewers expect you to answer questions based on scenarios you experienced and how you managed to solve it eg, risk related, issues you faced etc. They kinda mark you down if you don't have any examples on hand. Interviewer was 'questioning' me why I didnt add in certain achievements into my resume which I don't think it is part of what they should do in the interview process. Eg, I did certain small changes in processes in my current team and the interviewer was questioning how come I didnt add it in in my resume, which is a tad unprofessional in my opinion.
