Interview
Recruiter contacts initially for pre screening. Following the initial telephone interview there is a follow up interview, also over the phone, dealing with situational questions. Final interview in the process is with 1 or 2 hiring managers. These interviews are fairly lengthy. They involve situational and personality based questions.

3 rounds of interviews. Virtual 5 questions: In person 30 minute session while they are interviewing other students and Case study of 30 minutes related to their business and would you do to solve the problem in that specific situation. If you don't have banking experience it is hard to answer
